A pilot shared his 3D printed mini3D brushless gimbal. Let’s see!
The pilot 3D printed a 3-axis mini3D brushless gimbal, used a STorm32 BGC V1.3 control board. The tilt and roll accuracy is 0.35 degrees; tilt range +30~-90.5 degrees; roll range +42~-42 degrees; heading range +180~-180 degrees. PAN/HOLD is switched by remote control; YAW/PITCH angle is controlled by the knob on remote control. The neat weight without camera is 172g. With the Xiaoyi sports camera, the weight is 244g. The C.G. is balanced for Xiaoyi sports camera.

After fine-tuning, the accuracy is upgraded to 0.2
The pilot tested the tilt/roll range and read the IMU report. The accuracy is between 0.35.
