Install folding propellers correctly and reduce the vibration
When the propellers are installed too tight or too lose, there will be unbalance during operation and cause kit vibration and jello-effect. Align published a video demonstrating the issue and a proper installation. Let’s see!
Start the G-sensor APP and place the smartphone on the main board. To test the first motor, unplug other motor wires.
During test, please beware of the spinning propellers!
Push the throttle manually. In the video, the author demonstrated the situation when the propellers are installed too tight. Check the vibration value on G-sensor by pressing “RESET”. The value should under 0.1G during middle speed.
The vibration was big. The author adjusted the folding props properly – both side equally – the prop should be movable smoothly with a little resistance.
After proper adjustment, the author tested again. The vibration value became normal. The author folded the props and tested again for higher accuracy. If the vibration still exists or get worse, please change the new propellers and screws.
After all motors finished testing, connect all motor wires and test again. When connecting all motors, the vibration value should under 0.2G during middle speed.
